GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In BOT, bookings are accepted no later than 48 hours before the start of your transfer.
For any of our services such as transfer to / from airport, port and any other route, the prices are arranged upon request.
Therefore, please note that the final price that will be given to you does not include tickets to Archaeological Sites, Museums or Guided Tours.
All transfer services can be differentiated in case of extreme weather conditions, General Workers' Strike, closed roads due to mobilizations etc.
Reservations are validated by the deposit of an advance (50% of the total amount) for the services offered. Once the deposit has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail through which we will discuss the final payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking for the BOT Services may be canceled, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the agreed time of picking-up the passengers.
In case cancellation occurs up to 12 hours prior to the customer's picking-up time from the specified point, then the agreed amount of the reservation deposit is non refundable.

LIABILITIES

If you do not show up at the specified pick-up point at the agreed time, you must contact us by telephone (+30 6978506516 or +30 6944142220) and let us know. In the event of non-communication with our company, the driver can wait up to 30 minutes from the specified time.
After this time, we will make a phone call from our company to your reported contact phone and if we do not receive a response, the driver will leave the pickup point. In the case of your not showing up without notice, you will be charged with the agreed route price.
Our customers should inform us if any of the passengers involved has a health problem that requires particular attention or treatment.
The amount of the reservation is refunded if the departure of the flight or ship is canceled, or the arrival or departure time is moved, for which the customer is not responsible.

EXTRA INFORMATION

The driver of our company will be outside the Arrivals Hall of El. Venizelos. He will hold a notice sign indicating your name. If there is any difficulty spotting our driver, please call on the mobile phone +30 6978506516.
Finally, our driver will help you with your luggage until you reach the Bus Station at the Airport Terminal, as well as at your destination.
In case of delay we will be there waiting for you at no extra charge!!
In addition, we can decide on excursions that suit you as long as you request it by e - mail and we will reply as soon as possible.
